Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During holidays, product launches, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because we work with international fulfillment partners and trusted global suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

United States

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days, although some deliveries may take up to 20 business days depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.

From time to time, Fitt Storm may offer Free Shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping carrier.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Fitt Storm is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We can only modify shipping details before the order has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most orders shipped to the United States do not incur additional customs fees.

However, if customs duties, import taxes, or government fees are imposed by local authorities, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable international logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

  • National holidays

  • Unexpected transportation disruptions

These situations do not qualify for order cancellation or compensation while the shipment remains in transit.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team.

If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Returned Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Force Majeure

Fitt Storm is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs actions, government restrictions, or transportation interruptions.
